How long does it take to get an estimate?
We respond to all estimate requests within one business day. Depending on project complexity, we may schedule a brief site visit before providing a final quote — typically within 2–3 business days.
Do you charge for estimates?
Never. All estimates are completely free and come with no obligation. We believe in transparent, upfront pricing — so you'll always know exactly what you're getting before any work begins.
Are you licensed and insured in Oregon?
Yes. Exclusive Concrete Excavation LLC holds Oregon Contractor's License CCB# 235777 and maintains full general liability and workers' compensation insurance on all projects.
How far do you travel for projects?
We're based in Salem and regularly serve the entire Willamette Valley — including Portland, Keizer, Corvallis, Eugene, McMinnville, and Bend. For larger projects, we'll travel further. Just ask!
How long does a typical concrete project take?
Project duration varies widely. A residential driveway might take 1–3 days; a commercial parking lot could take 1–2 weeks. We'll give you a detailed schedule with your estimate so you always know what to expect.
Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We handle all required permits and coordinate inspections as part of our project management process. You won't need to navigate the permitting process on your own.
